ACEPACK's horizontal packaging machine series includes integrated bag forming, filling, and sealing machines, as well as machines for preformed pouch packaging. They can handle a variety of bag formats, including stand-up pouches, flat bags, custom-shaped bags, and spout pouches. They are ideal packaging equipment for the food, sauce, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and fine chemical/agrochemical markets.

The DS, S, and HS series machines use roll-to-roll film to form bags and are equipped with a servo bag-pulling system. This system, coupled with a cooling system, achieves burr-free punching (improving bag aesthetics). They are compatible with high-temperature canning and support CIP automatic cleaning. Utilizing internationally renowned servo drive and control technology, they offer a high degree of automation and stable operation, with a maximum packaging speed of 320 bags per minute.
The SG series is a preformed pouch filling machine designed specifically for filling and sealing a variety of materials into preformed bags. The spout handling station ensures a smooth, aesthetically pleasing seal with high strength and no side leakage.
