Main standard features
The equipment uses pre-printed roll film and is bag-formed by a high-precision forming machine. The most crucial aspect is that it adopts advanced non-edge-wrinkling cold stamping cutting technology. After the heat sealing is completed, a customized precision stamping die is used, in conjunction with the cooling system, to perform instantaneous cold stamping to shape the bag. The cooling system ensures the stability of the material's molecular structure during the stamping moment, thereby completely eliminating the problems of wire drawing, edge wrinkles, and burning caused by traditional hot cutting. The cut edges are smooth and flat, with sharp and smooth lines, greatly enhancing the aesthetic appeal, refinement, and feel of the product bag shape, making the packaging itself an art piece, and highlighting the brand's high-end image.
High-temperature filling compatibility:
The components in direct contact with the materials are made of heat-resistant materials and have special thermal insulation design. They can easily handle the filling of high-temperature materials (such as juices, sauces, health supplements, etc.) at temperatures up to 85°C or higher, effectively extending the product's shelf life and meeting strict process requirements.
CIP automatic cleaning:
The equipment integrates a CIP (Cleaning In Place) system. Without the need for disassembly, it can automatically complete the cycle of rinsing, disinfection and drying in key areas such as pipes, material tanks, and filling valves through preset programs. This significantly reduces the downtime and hygiene risks caused by manual cleaning, and strictly complies with food and drug-grade hygiene production standards such as FDA and GMP.
