The DS-180SXC from Acepack Company is a self-standing bag packaging machine with a suction nozzle. It can produce various packaging products ranging from films to finished bags. Main standard features
The core motion units of the entire machine, including the main drive spindle, bag-lifting trolley, film-feeding mechanism, and bag-pulling mechanism, are all digitally controlled by high-performance servo motors. The axes are precisely synchronized through electronic cams.
High precision: Servo control achieves positioning accuracy of millimeters, ensuring stable bag length, accurate cursor positioning, and correct cutting knife position.
Suction nozzle device:
Through vibration discs or sorting devices, the randomly oriented suction nozzles are automatically arranged in a uniform direction (with the cover facing upwards and the welding feet facing downwards), and are orderly placed on the track. The mechanical hand can be customized according to the size of the suction nozzle.
High speed and stability:
The synchronous operation of servo motors eliminates the impact of mechanical connections, making the operation smoother, with lower noise, and enabling higher running speeds.
Independent film unwinding mechanism:
Equipped with an independent servo-driven unwinding frame, which cooperates with the bag-pulling motion of the main machine through system signals. It adopts automatic tension control to ensure that the film roll maintains a constant and adjustable tension during unwinding.
This avoids film stretching and deformation, ensures the stability of the printed pattern, prevents the film roll from sagging or tearing due to inertia, and guarantees the stability of continuous production and the highest utilization rate of packaging materials.
Auxiliary bag opening and independent bag unfolding system:
Using high-precision negative pressure suction cups or flexible mechanical arms, the bag opening is fully expanded and the bag body is stretched after the bag is taken out. "Independent bag unfolding" means that each workstation has its own independent actuator, ensuring precise and reliable bag opening actions without interference with each other.
This significantly improves the success rate and stability of opening bags made of ultra-light and ultra-soft film materials, effectively avoiding situations such as incomplete bag suction, poor bag opening, or bag adhesion that cause machine stops. It is the key to ensuring high-speed and efficient production.
Independent Cooling Device:
After the heat sealing process is completed and the seal is formed, an independently controlled water cooling system is immediately applied to rapidly and uniformly force-cool the sealing area.
This process can instantly set the seal, effectively preventing deformation, wrinkles, or "edge lifting" of the seal edge due to residual heat. It is particularly suitable for thick films, composite films, etc., and can significantly improve the appearance, flatness, and sealing reliability of the seal.
Self-standing bag forming machine:
After the packaging film is punched at the bottom, it passes through the guide rail and is formed into a W shape by the self-standing bag bottom forming device. After bottom heat sealing, the inner film at the punched area of the packaging film adheres together and the air bubble opening is discharged.
