The fully servo control system
The main shaft, trolley and bag-pulling mechanism of the equipment are all driven by high-precision servo motors, achieving multi-axis coordinated control and precise synchronization. The main machine operates smoothly and stably without any abnormal vibration. The maximum speed can reach 200 bags per minute, meeting the requirements of high-speed continuous production and significantly improving packaging efficiency.
Precise positioning and wide compatibility with various bag sizes
The bag-pulling mechanism is driven by a servo system and is equipped with a highly sensitive color mark detection device, enabling precise positioning during high-speed operation. The servo motor has a large output torque and a rapid response, ensuring stable bag-pulling performance even under frequent start-stop and high-speed conditions. Bag size adjustments do not require mechanical component replacement; simply set the parameters on the touch screen to complete the adjustment. The operation is simple, and model changes are quick, effectively reducing downtime and enhancing production flexibility.
The machine is equipped with four pairs of independently temperature-controlled heat sealing knife mechanisms, which can uniformly apply pressure and heat to the bag openings respectively.
The sealing is firm and airtight, with clear and beautiful sealing lines. The overall bag shape is flat and crisp. This structure is not only suitable for single independent bag packaging, but also can efficiently handle connected bags and multi-packs, with strong compatibility.
The overall performance of the machine is stable and maintenance is simple.
The equipment operates reliably at high speed for a long time, with a low failure rate and strong stability. The structural design is reasonable, and key modules adopt maintenance-free or easy-to-disassemble structures. Daily maintenance is simple and convenient, effectively reducing the later operation and maintenance costs and ensuring the continuity and economy of production.
