This avoids film stretching and deformation, ensures the stability of the printed pattern, prevents the film roll from sagging or tearing due to inertia, and guarantees the stability of continuous production and the highest utilization rate of packaging materials.
Auxiliary bag opening and independent bag unfolding system:
Using high-precision negative pressure suction cups or flexible mechanical arms, the bag opening is fully expanded and the bag body is stretched after the bag is taken out. "Independent bag unfolding" means that each workstation has its own independent actuator, ensuring precise and reliable bag opening actions without interference with each other.
This significantly improves the success rate and stability of opening bags made of ultra-light and ultra-soft film materials, effectively avoiding situations such as incomplete bag suction, poor bag opening, or bag adhesion that cause machine stops. It is the key to ensuring high-speed and efficient production.
Independent Cooling Device:
After the heat sealing process is completed and the seal is formed, an independently controlled water cooling system is immediately applied to rapidly and uniformly force-cool the sealing area.
This process can instantly set the seal, effectively preventing deformation, wrinkles, or "edge lifting" of the seal edge due to residual heat. It is particularly suitable for thick films, composite films, etc., and can significantly improve the appearance, flatness, and sealing reliability of the seal.
Self-standing bag forming machine:
After the packaging film is punched at the bottom, it passes through the guide rail and is formed into a W shape by the self-standing bag bottom forming device. After bottom heat sealing, the inner film at the punched area of the packaging film adheres together and the air bubble opening is discharged.
