The machine operates throughout in a laminar flow cabinet with A-level air purification grade (ISO 5 level), maintaining a positive pressure environment. It continuously supplies vertically unidirectional sterile air filtered by HEPA, ensuring that the entire process from sterilization to filling and sealing is completed in an ultra-clean environment.
The two-outlet film forming design with full servo drive technology, through precise tension control and layout algorithms, maximizes the utilization of the film material width. Compared with traditional equipment, it can significantly reduce the packaging material cost by 30% to 50%, while also achieving environmental protection and economic benefits.
We have developed a unique "pre-filling then adding nozzle" process. Firstly, the liquid filling is completed in a highly clean environment. This design perfectly integrates with the online dynamic mixing filling of particles such as fruit pieces, fruit puree, and coconut pieces, solving the problem of sedimentation; subsequently, the sterilized nozzle is inserted, fundamentally eliminating the risk of the nozzle being contaminated by the product before filling.
The suction nozzle adopts independent heat sealing technology. The pressure and temperature are precisely controlled by servo systems, ensuring a perfect fit to the bag opening. This technology completely avoids the problems such as deformation, damage or poor sealing that may occur in the traditional screw cap process, thus guaranteeing the integrity and shelf life of the packaging.
