ACEPACK's full-servo packaging machine series includes the SF (Full-Servo HFFS Packaging Machine) and the SP (Full-Servo Premade pouch Packaging Machine).
These machines are equipped with running mechanism monitoring function, for better security. Their full-servo structure makes them simpler, more stable, and quieter. They utilize a new control system with a data retrieval function, enabling one-touch data switching and quick adjustment of clamp size and sealing height, minimizing downtime and improving Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). These intelligent machines reduce operator requirements. Servo-driven positioning and sealing minimizes sealing errors and enhances packaging aesthetics. They can handle a variety of bag formats, like stand-up pouches, flat bags, and 3/4-side-sealed pouches.
