Control System and Operation This machine adopts a full servo motor drive system. Compared with traditional mechanical or pneumatic control, it has higher control accuracy, faster response speed and better flexibility. All motion units are coordinated and controlled by a set of integrated programmable logic controller (PLC), with logical interlocking and smooth operation. Users operate through a high-resolution color touch screen, which can monitor key parameters such as production speed, output, and fault information in real time. The interface supports Chinese menus and can preset and store various product formulas (such as filling volume, cap-securing torque, etc.), enabling one-click switching of different product specifications, significantly reducing the technical threshold and labor intensity for operators.
Performance and Precision The mechanical structure of the entire machine has been precisely calculated and manufactured. Key components are from internationally renowned brands, ensuring the equipment's outstanding stability and durability under long-term high-load operation. The filling unit can be equipped with high-precision servo pumps and flow measurement systems according to the material characteristics (such as viscosity, gas content), with the measurement accuracy generally exceeding ±0.5% - 1%, completely solving problems such as dripping and foam interference, and ensuring the commercial value of the products.
Materials and Hygiene Standards All parts of the equipment that come into contact with the materials and products, including filling valves, bins, pipelines, cap-stripping heads, etc., are precisely machined from 316L or 304 stainless steel materials certified by the US FDA. The surfaces are polished with a mirror finish or mechanical polishing treatment, meeting the hygiene standard of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm. Non-metallic components use food-grade silicone, PTFE, PVDF, etc., to ensure hygiene throughout the process and meet the strict requirements of the food, health supplement, and cosmetic industries.
Detection and Safety Devices The entire production line is equipped with multiple sets of photoelectric sensors and proximity switches, forming a complete detection and safety network. The specific functions include: bag absence detection at the loading position (to prevent incorrect filling), cover absence detection in the inner cover hopper, confirmation of the cover body being in place after falling off, and verification of the presence or absence of the cover body before screwing on, etc. If any part is missing, the equipment will automatically skip the current workstation or pause operation and give an audible and visual alarm, effectively protecting the equipment and avoiding waste of packaging materials and raw materials.
Cleaning and Maintenance The filling system has been designed with a complete CIP (Clean-In-Place) on-site cleaning system at its core. Users can start the cleaning process through the touch screen. This design significantly reduces the equipment downtime for cleaning, improves production efficiency, and avoids the potential secondary pollution or equipment damage risks caused by manual cleaning. The maintenance operation is simple and efficient.
