Servo WB system
It adopts full servo motor drive combined with intelligent human-machine interface (HMI). All parameters such as bag length and deviation can be digitally preset and stored on the touch screen. When switching product specifications, there is no need to replace mechanical parts, which significantly shortens the production changeover time and reduces the reliance on the operator's experience, achieving rapid and error-free specification switching.
Servo motors feature high response and high precision, and when combined with advanced motion control algorithms, they achieve precise closed-loop control of the traction speed. This completely eliminates the inertia and slow response issues inherent in traditional mechanical or pneumatic methods, ensuring that the traction length of each bag is highly consistent, with size deviations controlled within ±0.5mm. This significantly enhances the packaging yield and aesthetic quality.
The power system adopts high-power and high-torque servo motors, which can provide abundant and stable traction force even when pulling heavy and large-sized packaging bags (such as those for rice and raw materials with large capacity). It is not afraid of load changes and ensures strong power at the moment of start and stop, eliminating the possibility of slippage or insufficient traction.
Dual-output mode design
The mechanical structure has been optimized and precisely processed, providing a solid foundation to ensure excellent stability even at high speeds when two bags are output simultaneously. The distance between the two workstations can be easily and electrically adjusted by a servo motor according to the size of the packaging bags, and is displayed and precisely set in real time on the touch screen. The operation is intuitive, saving time and effort.
The innovative dual-channel output design enables the simultaneous traction, positioning and sealing of two packaging bags within a single working cycle. Compared to the single-output mode, the theoretical production efficiency can be increased by up to 100%. It is an ideal solution for those seeking maximum production capacity and handling large-scale production tasks, effectively reducing the unit production cost.
Servo WB
The cart is driven by high-performance servo motors, equipped with high-precision linear guides and gear rack (or precision ball screw) transmission systems, achieving extremely high repeat positioning accuracy (up to ±0.1mm). The motion control is smooth and fluid, with optimized acceleration and deceleration curves, ensuring no shock or vibration, which guarantees the accuracy and reliability of bag clamping and feeding actions.
The main body is made of high-strength steel structure or high-quality aluminum alloy, and has been optimized through finite element analysis (FEA), featuring extremely high mechanical rigidity and torsional resistance. It can stably carry heavy packaged items, prevent deformation or vibration caused by excessive load, and meet the packaging requirements of various specifications from a few grams to several hundred grams.
Flexible customized design can provide servo trolleys with different stroke lengths according to the customer's production line layout and process requirements. The long-stroke design enables it to meet the transfer needs of long and special bag types.
The zipper mechanism is perfectly synchronized with the main machine's rhythm, ensuring continuous and stable operation at high production speeds. Its modular design makes cleaning and maintenance simple and convenient.
