Double suction nozzle function
With a precise suction nozzle positioning and heat sealing system, each suction nozzle can be accurately placed and fully adhered to the bag body without wrinkles or skewing. The sealing line is clear and aesthetically pleasing, significantly enhancing the appearance grade and brand image of the product, making your product stand out on the shelf.
The sealing process has been meticulously optimized. By precisely controlling temperature, pressure and time parameters, a strong and airtight fusion is formed between the bag body and the base of the suction nozzle. This seal has undergone rigorous negative pressure and pressure tests to ensure that it can absolutely prevent leakage even when containing liquids, powders or subjected to transportation jolts, thus guaranteeing the integrity and safety of the product from the factory to the consumer's hands.
Double scissor mechanism
Equipped with two independent and highly rigid scissor cutting units, the motion trajectory has been optimized, providing strong, stable shearing force with minimal vibration, effectively extending the blade life.
This is one of the core links for doubling the production capacity of the double-exit model. The double scissor mechanism is perfectly synchronized with the dual-channel filling and traction system. Within one working cycle, it precisely and synchronously completes the cutting and separation of two bags of products.
