Therefore, it is necessary to add a color code detection and control technology system in an operation management system with basic information synchronization, calibrate at any time and continuously work to compensate the error value. To ensure that the cutting and sealing position will not change, it needs to be accurately positioned with the help of the color mark on the packaging paper. The accurate positioning of the color mark will be affected by the problems such as packaging products, photoelectric detection and printing of the color mark. As far as packaging products are concerned, they are required to have higher density, uniform smooth thickness and certain tensile strength. Photoelectric detection methods and different packaging products have two types: transmission and reflection. Transmission is applicable to the detection of transparent packaging products, while reflection is applicable to the detection of packaging products that are difficult or impossible to transmit light. In the design of high-speed packaging machine, reflective photoelectric detection method is mostly used because it has high detection sensitivity. According to the requirements of color mark printing, the accurate positioning of color marks must have the function of shading or lighting, and the accurate positioning of color marks must have sufficient shading area, which depends on the size of packaging products and detection methods to ensure the stability of signals during photoelectric detection. With a good packaging product, a color mark suitable for accurate positioning and a correct method of measuring the color mark by photoelectric light shielding reflection sensor, the color mark can be calibrated and adjusted. Safety precautions to be understood before the operation of the horizontal packaging machine: (1) Before starting the machine, check the surroundings of the machine and start the machine after confirmation. (2) After the machine is running, if any accident occurs, the power must be turned off first, and then corresponding measures can be taken. (3) Non operators are not allowed to operate the machine at will. When the machine is running automatically, the operator shall not put his hand under the sealing knife or within the range of electric eye induction to avoid safety accidents. (4) During the operation of the machine, the operator shall not put his hand on the rolling part of the front and rear conveyor belts to prevent his hand from being pinched or drawn into the machine. (5) When the machine operates automatically, the safety door shall be closed to avoid scalding, pinching or cutting caused by contacting the sealing device. (6) When the machine is pressed to the product alarm or other fault, press the emergency stop switch first, and the operation mode is changed from automatic operation to manual operation. After the fault is cleared, release the emergency stop switch and switch back to automatic operation. (5) Pay attention to the film feeding part. When the machine is running, close the safety door. Do not touch it with your hands to avoid injury.
